WTC Lunch Concert – DUO BILITIS

Harpist and mezzo soprano Ekaterina Levental and harpist Eva Tebbe who together form Duo Bilitis give a new, fresh impulse to music written for two harps. The duo’s chamber music arrangements are strong and the combination of Levental’s singing and playing particularly noteworthy. Duo Bilitis play 20th century and contemporary music as well as their own arrangements, with a special focus on thematic concert programmes. For their WTC performance the duo have selected music from their programme Sites Auricualires, including works by Debussy, Ravel, Franck and Fiumara.
