WTC Lunch Concert – TRIO D’ANCHES Woodwind trio

“Trio d’Anches is an exciting combination of three solo wind players: Irma Kort-oboe, Hans Petra-Clarinet and Janet Morgan-Bassoon.  The reed trio combines the dark timbre of the clarinet with the brilliant qualities of the oboe and bassoon to provide the perfect medium for conversational chamber music of the 18^th, 19^t , and 20^th centuries.  French composers found the trio d’ anches particularly suited for a wide variety of styles and genres.
